When the Etex Group had the option to take another wing in Gordano House they took the opportunity to create a much needed meeting/training facility with a mixture of room sizes from a flexible 30 seater, along with 12, 8, and 6 seater rooms.

The facility also included a breakout space capable hosting buffets for large groups.

The Etex Group includes 3 distinct brands, Siniat, Promat and EOS Facades and the selection of finishes and colours needed to embrace all 3 brands.

With so many AV systems in close proximity the dividing partitions needed to achieve a high level of sound proofing, this was achieved by using Siniat’s own plasterboard products to a high specification resulting in a near perfect result with no noticable leakage of sound
